When Toby Keith sang 'Whiskey for my Men, Beer for my Horses...' he was probably stumbling back to his car after a long day in the sun at the J&B Met. Notorious for high fashion, high society and high flyers, this year will mark 33 years of celebrating opulence and frivolity in Cape Town.
