Change it's vibrant, challenging, spirit lifting and of course, the only constant. Remaining stagnant for too long is a death sentence. As a writer I feel the need to constantly be moving and changing, testing myself and my boundaries, figuring out the new as well as the old. You only truly know yourself once you've experienced as much as possible and seen how adaptable you can be and then throwing that all out of the window and starting from scratch again.
