Sexual liberation on the rise
Sexpo, the world’s largest Health, Sexuality and Lifestyle expo is back in South Africa and they’ve been busy doing some interesting research. It seems that with the current “gloomy” economic situation around the globe, there has been a move back to “naughty sexuality” in South Africa. Hey it makes sense, people need to relax somehow!
A research panel was made up of the Sexpo organizer Silas Howarth, a behavioural psychologist Dr Kris Launer, Reverend Daniel Brits, Miss Nude SA Bella Anderson and mind power specialist Alain D Woolf. This research panel has noted a definite change in taste and naughty choices over the past two years. In other words, people are more liberal in their attitude towards sex and there’s been a marked rise in so called ‘kinky’ behavior. This of course includes a rise in sexual experimentation with role play and…sexual aids.
There were a few predictions made too…and if you’re not a fan of commitment you might not like them. The panel suggested that the need for security may lead to couples getting married at a younger age. They also predicted that women would become more sexually independent and probably engage in more same sex experimentation.
If this intrigues you greatly, the Sexpo will be happening in Cape Town at the CTICC from the 14th to the 17th of May. Besides including interesting research like this, it’s bound to be a lot of fun and a good laugh!
